Kola Salako, Senior Special Assistant to Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun, has sent felicitations to Christian faithful across Ado-Odo/Otta Local Government and Ogun State as they celebrate Easter.
In a statement made available to newsheadline247, Salako said the resurrection of the Lord Jesus is fundamental to Christians all over the world.
The Ado-odo/Otta grassroots politician called on Christians in the local; government and Ogun State to prioritise love, peace and unity as a means of tackling the current economic and security challenges afflicting the country.
He further urged all the Christians in the state to emulate Jesus Christ by having a forgiving heart.
“We must learn to tolerate each other and learn how to give another chance to make a new beginning because, without sacrifice and forgiveness, love is not achievable,” Salako said.
