Education: Five Thousand Undergraduates to Benefit from Sen. Adeola’s Scholarship Scheme

Financial assistance will soon reach over five thousand undergraduates from Ogun State as Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi’s Scholarship Board has released the names of shortlisted candidates.

In a statement signed by Board Secretary Ajiroba Dapo Oke, the over five thousand shortlisted candidates are divided into two categories: Scholarship Awards and Bursary Awards, which cater to students from all approved public tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

The statement also confirmed that the physical screening of candidates will commence on Wednesday, February 26, and continue through Saturday, March 1, at the Asade Agunloye Pavilion in Ilaro.

Candidates shortlisted for scholarships must be in the Second Class Upper category or higher, while bursaries are available to all confirmed students of tertiary institutions who applied.
