ADO-ODO/OTA, OGUN STATE — The Chairman of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Hon. Lawal Adewale Wasiu, FCA, has extended warm felicitations to Muslims across the council area and beyond as they celebrate Eid-el-Fitr.

Eid-el-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan, the sacred month of fasting, prayer, and deep spiritual reflection observed by Muslims worldwide. Commemorating the season, Hon. Wasiu praised the Muslim faithful for their unwavering devotion, resilience, and commitment throughout the holy period.

In a statement made available to newsheadline247 by the Council’s Chief Information and Public Relations Officer, Alabi Sheriff, the chairman highlighted the core values that define the celebration—compassion, generosity, and unity.

He noted that “this celebration is a time for forgiveness, reconciliation, and renewal of our commitment to building a better society.”
