Nollywood actress Regina Daniels broke down in tears in a new Instagram video as she spoke candidly about the emotional toll of ongoing family difficulties, declaring, “I give up.”
In a clip shared via her Instagram story in the early hours of Friday, the actress said she was struggling emotionally and mentally. “I tried. I feel like I’m going crazy, I’m losing my mind, and it’s not making any sense. I’m really crying in front of everybody,” Regina said, her voice shaky as she fought back tears.
Only a day earlier she had celebrated a fragile family moment — the reunion of her once-estranged parents. In a separate post on Thursday she described their reconciliation as driven solely by her happiness: “Two concluded sworn enemies reuniting with no negative ulterior motive other than their daughter’s happiness,” she wrote.
Regina says the reunion is now focused on a new, urgent challenge: securing the release of her brother, Sammy, who she says has been detained for days. According to the actress, her parents are currently in Abuja, working together on the matter. “Sammy’s detainment is taking way too long, but we will get him out even if I have to march there myself and create a storm! Since they want me!” she stated.
