Ifeanyi Ubah, the Senator representing Anambra South in the Nigerian Senate is dead.
According to multiple reports, Ubah who was gearing up to contest the next governorship election in Anambra died of cardiac arrest in London, family sources were quoted as saying.
The Anambra Senator who was elected on the platform of YPP, last year defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Ubah who was for years the CEO of downstream oil marketer Capital Oil served as a member of the Nigerian Senate until his death at 52.
He reportedly left for London two days ago.

The Senate has not commented on the death of the businessman cum politician.
