Everybody linked to the death of Mohbad will be identified and they will be brought to establish their level of involvement
The Lagos State Police Command has inaugurated a 13-man special investigation team to probe the mysterious death of Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
“Do not forget, we have unique access with INTERPOL. Everybody linked to it (the death of Mohbad) will be identified and they will be brought to establish their level of involvement,” Lagos State Commissioner, Idowu Owohunwa said on Monday.
It was reported last Tuesday that Mohbad, a former signee of Marlian Records owned by Azeez Faashola, popularly known as Naira Marley. died at the age of 27.
The cause of his death remains unknown as different accounts of circumstances surrounding the demise exist. One account was that he complained of an ear problem, which led to him being taken to the hospital.
He was alleged to have died in Ikorodu, Lagos, after being administered an injection by an auxiliary nurse.
