Saturday Okon and Jonathan Alukwu netted to ensure victory for Sporting Lagos.
Meanwhile, Remo Stars defeated Lobi Stars 2-1 in the first semi-final on Friday.
Dele Akorli and Nduka Junior scored for the Sky Blue Stars in the first half before Joseph Atule halved the deficit after the break.
Recall that Sporting Lagos defeated Remo Stars 2-1 in the group stage.
The showdown between the two sides set up a South- West historic derby on Sunday July 16, at the Mobolaji Bank-Anthony Arena, Onikan, Lagos.
The winner will go home with the N25m price money.
