Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) yet again defeated President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) right inside the presidential villa, Aso Rock, Abuja.
The PDP candidate secured more votes than the incumbent president Buhari.
While the PDP candidate garnered 525 votes, Buhari who ran under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) trailed with 465 at unit 022 in Nigeria’s seat of power.
But Buhari polled more votes than his rival at unit 021, securing 548 as against Atiku’s 505. In all, PDP got 1,030 while APC secured 1,013, leaving a difference of 17 votes.
For the House of Representatives, the PDP won by 1,046 against APC’s 995. In the senatorial election, PDP won with 546 votes against APC’s 477. In the House of Representatives, PDP won with 521 votes against APC’s 466.
