The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dennis Brutu Otuaro, has paid glowing tribute to Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, widely known as Tompolo, as he marks his 55th birthday.

In a statement issued by his media aide, Otuaro described Tompolo as a leading figure in the Niger Delta struggle, commending his patriotism and longstanding contributions to peace, stability, and development in the region and across Nigeria.

He noted that Tompolo’s influence extends beyond activism, portraying him as a compassionate leader and community builder whose philanthropic efforts have positively impacted countless lives.

Otuaro highlighted the role of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Tompolo’s security outfit, in transforming the region. According to him, the company has provided employment for over 45,000 youths while also supporting the education of many underprivileged individuals through scholarship programmes.

He further commended the firm’s contribution to safeguarding Nigeria’s oil infrastructure, noting that its efforts have helped boost the country’s crude oil production to approximately 1.8 million barrels per day.

The PAP boss also praised Tompolo’s support for the Renewed Hope Agenda of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting his alignment with ongoing efforts to transform the Niger Delta region.

Celebrating the milestone, Otuaro offered prayers for Tompolo’s continued good health, strength, and longevity, while lauding his legacy of service, leadership, and dedication to national development.

“Tompolo remains a strong pillar not only in the Niger Delta but across Nigeria. His commitment to peace, security, and development is worthy of celebration,” Otuaro said.
