Restoring Vision, Transforming Lives: OGD’s Free Eye Surgery Initiative Reaches a New Milestone!
The latest beneficiaries of the OGD-sponsored monthly medical eye surgeries are currently being treated at the Eye Foundation Hospital in Ijebu Mushin, which is taking place from Monday, January 17, to Tuesday, January 18, 2025.
Since August 2023, over 3,000 beneficiaries have received free eye tests and treatments, including more than 300 free cataract surgeries and specialized eye care at the Eye Foundation Hospital.
These services have been made available across all nine local governments of the Ogun East Senatorial District.
