Nigeria’s former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to sack all his Service Chiefs following the protracted waves of insecurity in the country
Fani-Kayode made the call while criticising the query Buhari issued to Services Chiefs yesterday, following multiple loss of lives in Nigeria.
The former Minister, in a tweet, said the President should not just query his Service Chiefs but be bold enough to sack them.

“Don’t just query your Service Chiefs but muster the courage to SACK them! Be bold, decisive and strong!
“People are being slaughtered all over the country. They have failed WOEFULLY and a change of guard is needed. Don’t you know that our blood is red and that NIGERIAN LIVES MATTER too?” he tweeted.
President Buhari had Thursday said he would no longer tolerate excuses from Service Chiefs over the spate of insecurity in the country.
The United States had also expressed concerns over continued killings in Nigeria describing the sad incidents as “horrific crimes”. It, however, called on the Nigerian Government to promptly take all necessary measures to check the spate of insecurity in the country.
