Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, professionally known as Tems, has opened up about her biggest dating red flags — and they are non-negotiable.
In a candid conversation with American media platform Complex, the Love Me Jeje hitmaker said she cannot date anyone who lacks friendliness or curiosity, noting that such traits undermine the foundation of a meaningful relationship.
“My dating terms are someone who is not trying to be your friend is a red flag. Anybody that isn’t curious about you is also a red flag,” Tems said.
She questioned the purpose of being in a relationship with someone uninterested in truly knowing their partner.
“Because what are we doing? Why are we here if you don’t want to know me? If he or she doesn’t want to know more about you, end the relationship,” she added.
