Adeoti and Marie-Pierre from France will be participating at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics games as cutwomen thus, setting the record of being the first to appear in that category.

A cutwoman is a female (cutperson) responsible for preventing and treating physical damage to a fighter during the breaks between rounds of a full contact match such as a boxing, kickboxing or a mixed martial arts bout. Cutmen typically handle swelling, nosebleeds and lacerations.
