Upward businessman and politician, Abduljalil Olabisi Okunlola, has declared his intention to represent Essa/Sawo/Igbodun Constituency, Offa in the Kwara State House of Assembly come 2023.
Before announcing his desire to run for the position, Okunlola, in a chat with our correspondent, said he has made wide consultations by reaching out to party chieftains and stakeholders within his constituency and the State.
He will be contesting under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, the ruling party in Kwara State.

According to him, the stakeholders and party leaders have given their support as he rolled out his campaign programmes.
“I have gone round and l have consulted with the party chairman in my town and even with some elders and l have received positive nods, hence, l will be making myself available to serve the good people of my Constituency, Essa/Sawo/Igbodun Constituency of Offa, Kwara State, to the best of my capability,” he stated.

Okunlola who said his priority, once he gets to the house, will be all-around development of his constituency with emphasis on human capital and Infrastructural developments. He added that the security issues in the communities he will be representing will also be give maximum attention.
Abduljalil Olabisi Okunlola, the Chief Executive of AmZee Enterprises, is a Nigerian businessman and politician. He is a staunch member of the APC.
