Aina Akinpelu, a former member of the Ogun State House of Assembly has felicitated the Muslim faithful in the state on the 2023 Eid-el-Kabir celebration.

The two-term former state lawmaker commended the resilience and steadfastness of the Muslim faithful in the state adding that their endurance in this trying period comes with their faith in Allah and the government of the day.
Akinpelu, however, advised all Muslims to always demonstrate love, compassion, and generosity toward their fellow citizens regardless of their beliefs.
He further urged the Muslim faithful to exemplify what brought the feast of Eid-l-Adha by rededicating the spirit of sacrifice to Almighty God by showing love, submission and obedience to the things that bring unity not just to the state but the country as a whole.
Akinpelu added that Eid-l-Adha day reminds Muslims of the importance of selflessness, sacrifice, and unwavering faith in our lives.
