Yahaya Bello, the former Governor of Kogi State, has publicly apologized to the Federal High Court in Abuja and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for failing to respond to court summons and invitations related to fraud allegations against his administration.
Bello admitted that his actions in recent months were not well considered and assured the court that he would comply with any future summons concerning the lawsuits filed against him by the anti-graft agency.
