Despite initially joining the police force without her father’s consent, she eventually earned his pride through her exceptional service.

Her unwavering commitment to excellence in her duties has earned her recognition as one of the country’s top female police officers.
Born as the eldest of seven children to the late Col. PeterAkintomide (retd) of the Nigerian Army and Chief Mrs. Akintomide from Emure in Ekiti State, Oladele developed a strong passion for education, culminating in advanced degrees.
She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in sociology and psychology from Usmanu Danfodiyo University and later obtained a postgraduate diploma and a master’s in public administration, enriching her academic credentials.
Enlisted in the Nigeria Police Force in 2002 as a Cadet ASP, Oladele has held various significant positions, including Divisional Crime Officer (DCO) and Divisional Police Officer (PDO) among other several top posts across Nigeria.
