ATPN President Leads Strategic Tourism Partnership Discussion With Ogun State Ministry Of Culture And Tourism

A new chapter has begun in Ogun State’s tourism landscape as Prince Adetunji Fadina, President of the Association of Tourism Practitioners of Nigeria (ATPN), led a high-level courtesy visit to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ogun State. This was no ceremonial gathering—it was a mission.

Welcomed by Hon. High Chief Sesan Fagbayi, Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, alongside the Permanent Secretary Dr Quudus Yusuff and all Directors, the ATPN delegation came with a clear and compelling purpose: to build a structured, ethical, and sustainable tourism economy for Ogun State, ensuring that its vast cultural and tourism potential is fully realized.

Commissioner Hon. High Chief Sesan Fagbayi commended ATPN’s vision and affirmed the Ministry’s commitment to fostering public-private partnerships to drive tourism investment. In a symbolic gesture of partnership and shared responsibility, he was inducted as an Honorary Fellow of ATPN.

At the same time, the Permanent Secretary became an Honorary Member, and the Directors were inducted as full members of the prestigious association.
