President Muhammadu Buhari, President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu, frontline businessman, Mr. Femi Otedola, Senate Chief Whip Orji Uzor Kalu and Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule have sent warm greetings to the President of Dangote Group of Companies, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, on yesterday’s celebration of his 66th birthday.
President Buhari saluted the leading businessman and philanthropist, wishing him a long, healthy life and a joyful year ahead.
In a statement yesterday in Abuja by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, the President hailed Dangote for the numerous efforts he is making for the nation’s progress.
“Hearty congratulations and best wishes to the illustrious businessman, Aliko Dangote, on his birthday. He has given new heights to Nigeria’s prestige and global reputation. May the Almighty give him the strength and wisdom to do even more for the nation,” the statement said.
In his birthday message to the celebrant, Dangote’s friend and fellow businessman, Mr. Femi Otedola, wrote:
“Happy Birthday to my brother @AlikoDangote as he celebrates his 66th year of greatness! Here’s to many more years of brilliance and magnanimity.”

In his goodwill message to the foremost industrialist, Kalu said: “I join family, friends, associates and well-wishers in celebrating the giant accomplishments of the President of Dangote Group of Companies, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, as he clocks 66.
“Dangote is a household name in the business and humanitarian circles across the globe.
“The celebrant is well known for his business acumen and passion for humanity. These attributes are worthy of commendation and emulation by business leaders.
“He has continually contributed to the social, economic and political development of Nigeria and Africa.
“I urge Dangote to keep up his good works across the globe,” Kalu said.
The Abia North senator prayed for long life for the celebrant in the service of humanity.
Also, Governor Sule hailed Dangote for his massive investment in the state.
In his message to the celebrant, the governor praised Africa’s foremost industrialist for his giant footprints dotting the global business space.
He said Dangote’s investment has significantly impacted positively on the state and its people, urging other businessmen to take advantage of the favourable business climate by investing in the state.
In a birthday message he personally signed, Sule described the relationship between the state and Dangote as a “partnership we treasure”.
He added: “I, on behalf of the government and the good people of Nasarawa State, rejoice with Alhaji Aliko Dangote, GCON, on the occasion of his (66th) birthday anniversary.
“We are forever grateful for your giant footprints dotting the global business space, especially the massive investment in Nasarawa State.
