The talk of the town Teens & Youth Conference tagged LIFE BEYOND LIMITS was the focus of the well-attended conference organized by Voice of Influence Foundation.

Speaking at the conference, the soft-spoken founder of Voice of Influence Foundation emphasized the main 3 keys that are extremely important to make the most of life:

Discover Your Endowment and Develop It: There is a rule of competence that states that you absolutely master anything you invest 10,000 hours in. This is a global discovery. If you invest 10,000 hours of your time developing your ability, you will be a global success. This has been proven by research.

Do Not Waste Your Time: Time wasted is life wasted. Don’t spend time, rather invest it. Benjamin Franklin said, “Do you love life, do not squander time, for that is the stuff that life is made of”.

Keep The Right Company: You go like the company you keep. Birds of a feather flock together. Show me your friend and I will tell you where you’re heading. Keep company with ducks, and the best you can be is average; when you choose eagles as friends, the sky is not your limit. Have positive outlook on life. Dislike impossibility thinking for you will eventually take what you continually think. You can make a difference if you develop your endowment with sound character.

Finally, she said ‘be intentional about everything you’re involved in. Don’t be passive. Understand the fact that you matter in the history of Nigeria and the world’.

More so, she made it clear on how to break the limiting thoughts by reading good books and have role models that have proofs of what they say through their lifestyles.

She concluded by wishing all the teens and youth present the best today as they celebrate the Children’s Day and all through the journey we call life.
