Sir Siminalayi Fubara, the suspended Governor of Rivers State, has reaffirmed his resolve to steer the state toward a more prosperous and inclusive future, undeterred by the political turmoil engulfing his administration.

Speaking on Monday, March 31, 2025, Fubara addressed a delegation from the Rivers State Council for Islamic Affairs, who paid him a Sallah homage at his residence.

The Muslim leaders, during their visit, offered prayers for Fubara and his family while pledging their steadfast support for his leadership.

In response, the suspended governor expressed gratitude and emphasized his faith in divine guidance as a cornerstone of his vision for Rivers State.

“This was a meaningful moment to reaffirm our trust in God and our commitment to building a greater future for our beloved state,” he said.
