The Supreme Court has declared Ahmed Lawan, senate president, as the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial candidate for Yobe north.
In a majority judgment delivered on Monday, the apex court allowed the appeal filed by the APC against Bashir Machina’s candidature.
