Ahead of the forthcoming election, Prince Gboyega Nasir Isiaka, the gubernatorial candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has declared himself the best among those vying for the governorship seat in Ogun State, affirming that he will be the next governor of the State.

The two-time governorship candidate disclosed this yesterday during his campaign tour of Ewekoro local government.

GNI said his previous electioneering experience and exposure to governance, position him ahead of other contestants in the 2019 race.

The governorship hopeful identified his tenacity, capacity, passion to serve and sincerity as qualities that will serve him well in the race for the highest office in the gateway State, adding that Ogun will witness significant growth and development under his watch.

His words “I can say confidently,  without any doubt at all, that I, Gboyega Isiaka remain the best governorship candidate in this race. I am bringing to the table capacity, experience, exposure, clean record,passion to serve, and relentless will to take our dear State to greater heights. I know in Ogun, we have an highly educated electorate and they will make the right decision by supporting competence.”

While reiterating his commitment to fulfilling his campaign promises to the people, Isiaka urged the electorate to vote for credible candidates who can safeguard their future.

“Politicians, our ways are slightly different. It is not about making promises, as talk is cheap. We have to make decisions on people’s antecedents.  If we are the tool God wants to use, then it means that tool will do well for us in Ogun State. For us in the ADC, life can and must certainly be better for our good people.  I assure you we are going to take our State to higher level.”

“We are blessed with everything we need to live in a world of abundance. We have places with peculiar advantages. I have been everywhere in this State and I know our people better than most. Even when I contested elections and lost, I have always stayed with my people. There’s been no time I ran away after losing election only to resurface months before an election.” he remarked.

The governorship candidate however solicited support for all candidates running on the platform of the ADC, saying they have have track record and proven pedigree to lead Ogun to greater height.
