National Chairman of the party, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, appealed to aggrieved aspirants who participated in the shadow poll to support the party’s candidate in the governorship poll
The candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the November Ondo Governorship Election, Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, is set to receive his certificate of return from the party on Monday, April 29th.
Aiyedatiwa emerged as the winner of the April 20 APC governorship shadow election, which was conducted by the Governor Usman Ododo-led 7-man primary election committee.
Three days ago, the National Chairman of the party, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, appealed to aggrieved aspirants who participated in the shadow poll to support the party’s candidate in the governorship poll.
The certificate presentation is scheduled for 4 pm today after the weekly meeting of the National Working Committee (NWC) at the party’s national Secretariat in Abuja. APC Deputy National Organising Secretary, Nze Chidi Duru, confirmed that the presentation would hold today at 4 pm.
