Tompolo-backed PBAT Door-to-Door Movement distributes 32 campaign vehicles in Bauchi as it targets 10 million votes for Tinubu in 2027
Tompolo’s PBAT Door-to-Door Movement Distributes 32 Vehicles for Tinubu’s 2027 Campaign in Bauchi
The PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, founded by Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has distributed 32 branded campaign vehicles in Bauchi State as part of efforts to mobilise grassroots support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general election.
The vehicles were distributed on Saturday during the inauguration of the movement’s Bauchi State chapter and are expected to support door-to-door mobilisation across the state’s 20 local government areas.
The Bauchi State Coordinator of the movement, Muhammad Auwal Adamu, disclosed the development in a statement made available to journalists in Abuja on Monday.
Adamu said the vehicles would enable the movement’s coordinators and members to reach communities across the state and intensify direct engagement with residents ahead of the presidential election.
The inauguration also marked the formal establishment of the movement’s state structure and the commencement of its coordinated mobilisation activities in Bauchi.
Tompolo, the movement’s founder, was represented at the ceremony by Kestin Pondi, while Bala Maijama’a Wunti, a member of the movement’s National Board of Trustees, supported the event.
Former Bauchi State Governor Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar was also in attendance, alongside members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), religious leaders, women’s groups, youth organisations and other supporters of the President.
Adamu said the movement would work with the APC and other stakeholders to expand its grassroots network and strengthen mobilisation efforts across Bauchi State.
He said the initiative formed part of a broader nationwide strategy by the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement to mobilise 10 million votes for Tinubu in the 2027 general election.
The target, according to the movement, reflects its ambition to expand its reach across communities and coordinate support for the President ahead of the poll.
The deployment of the vehicles is expected to facilitate the movement’s door-to-door campaign activities, with coordinators tasked with reaching residents across the state’s local government areas.
The development adds Bauchi to the movement’s expanding mobilisation activities ahead of the 2027 election, as political groups and parties begin strengthening their organisational structures in preparation for the next electoral cycle. However, the movement’s stated 10-million-vote target remains a mobilisation goal, with its eventual impact to be determined by its activities and the outcome of the election
