Their appearance instantly electrified the atmosphere as hundreds of excited fans trooped behind the Adesoye train, chanting, singing and celebrating all the way to the parade ground.

The defining moment of the day came with the grand arrival of the Adesoye Dynasty at the pavilion — a majestic entrance that brought the crowd to its feet.

Cheers erupted across the arena as spectators caught sight of Ibrahim Chatta and Ogogo accompanying the family in royal splendour. While Ibrahim Chatta rode majestically on horseback alongside members of the dynasty amid thunderous chants praising the Adesoye name, Ogogo thrilled the crowd with his deep, resonant voice as he delivered traditional panegyrics celebrating the Adesoye family and the rich heritage of Ijebuland.

In a stunning display of elegance and power, the family paraded approximately 40 horses — reportedly the highest number presented by any group at this year’s festival — further reinforcing their dominance and prestige at the annual cultural gathering.
