Ado-Odo/Ota LG Chairman Conducts Road and Project Inspection Tour
The Executive Chairman of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Hon. Lawal Adewale Wasiu, FCA has led an on-site inspection of the Plaza-Ijoko Road to assess its current condition in view of a potential maintenance project.
Accompanied by the Director of Works and Housing, Engr. Dapo Oladeinde MNSE (J.P.), the visit underscores the administration’s commitment to improving road infrastructure for residents and businesses in the area.
Also present during the inspection was the Honourable Councillor representing Sango-Ota Ward, Hon. Joel Okeodebija who voiced strong support for the initiative, emphasizing the strategic importance of the road to local economic activity.
The team was joined by Alhaji Babatunde Abioye, the APC Vice Chairman of the Local Government, who applauded the council’s proactive approach to addressing critical infrastructure challenges.
After inspecting the Plaza-Ijoko Road, the Chairman and the Director of Works visited Ijaliye-Isorosi in Ilogbo Ward to assess the progress of the ongoing culvert bridge project, as part of efforts to improve infrastructure and address the needs of the good people of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government.
