President Muhammadu Buhari has been scheduled for another medical trip to the United Kingdom on Friday

The president’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity Femi Adesina confirmed this in a statement made available to the media on Thursday.

According to Adesina, the President is expected to return to the country in the second week of July.

“He is due back in the country during the second week of July 2021,” the statement said.

Recall that on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, Buhari had visited London to receive medical attention from his physician.

The President’s Friday trip to London for a scheduled medical follow-up is the second three months.

He had on several occasions embarked on medical-related trips to the United Kingdom since he assumed office as the president in 2021.
