Jide Kosoko, Fred Amata, Mahmood Alli-Balogun and Yemi Solade, were among top Nollywood stars spotted during a non-violent protest on Tuesday at the Radisson Blu Hotel on Isaac John Street, Ikeja GRA, Lagos State.
Some of the other movie stars spotted on Tuesday at the protest instigated by the Audio-visual Rights Society (AVRS) are Grace Amah, Ejike Asiegbu, Sunny McDon and Yinka Akanbi as well as ace movie producers and directors.
Alli-Balogun, the AVRS boss, said the hospitality outfit has refused to pay for the use of their intelligent properties in their different branches.
He further said negotiations with the management of Radisson Blu has not yielded any results, hence, the protest.
The AVRS leader also accused the hospitality company of owing the copyright collective society to the tune of N50 million.
