Men of the Lagos State Police Command have confirmed the arrest of the fleeing driver of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) that drove the murdered 22-year-old Oluwabamise Ayanwole.
Adekunle Ajisebutu, the state Police Public Relations Officer, made this known to the media as he confirmed that the dead body of the young lady has been found, the Tribune Online reports.
He said, “the driver of the BRT has been arrested.”
Meanwhile, it was earlier reported that the driver eloped after being declared wanted by the police.

The Lagos Police spokesperson assured that other culprits involved in the death of the lady will be arrested and be made to face the law squarely.
