The Lagos State Government has announced the discharge of ten COVID-19 patients from the state’s Isolation Centres at Yaba and Onikan.
This was made known by the government via its Twitter account on Friday night.
The Government stated in the Tweet that, “10 more patients have been discharged from our isolation facilities at Yaba and Onikan today.
“The patients have recovered fully and tested negative to #COVID19, bringing the total number of discharged patients to 117 in Lagos.”
The Nigeria Center for Disease and Control, (NCDC) had on Thursday, confirmed 108 new cases of Coronavirus in the country.
“As at 11:30 pm 23rd April, there are 981 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria, 197 have been discharged with 31 deaths.”
