Matawalle Leads Massive APC Rally, Reaffirms Tinubu as Sole Candidate for 2027

Minister of State for Defence, Mohammed Bello Matawalle, on Thursday led a mammoth crowd of All Progressives Congress (APC) supporters at Runfar Makaranta in his hometown of Maradun, Zamfara State, in a powerful show of support reaffirming President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the sole presidential candidate of the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The massive political gathering, which drew a large turnout of party loyalists and supporters, saw APC members openly endorsing President Tinubu’s second-term ambition, describing his leadership as stabilising and transformative for the country.

Addressing the enthusiastic crowd, Matawalle expressed strong confidence in both President Tinubu and APC candidates across the federation, predicting what he described as decisive and sweeping victories for the ruling party in the 2027 elections.

He said the overwhelming turnout at the rally was a clear indication of the strength of democracy and the growing trust of Nigerians in the APC-led administration under President Tinubu.
