President Muhammadu Buhari has said portfolios will be assigned to the 43 Ministerial nominees when his cabinet is formally inaugurated.
He disclosed this via his verified Twitter page on Tuesday, hours after the Senate concluded screening of all the nominees sent to the lawmakers.
“I welcome the conclusion of the confirmation process for Ministerial nominees. I commend the Senate for speedily attending to this very important task.
“Portfolios will be assigned when the Cabinet is formally inaugurated. I look forward to working with this very capable team,” the tweet read.

All the 43 ministerial nominees sent to the Red Chamber have now been confirmed.

President Buhari, on Tuesday, sent a list of 43-man ministerial nominees to the Senate for screening.
The screening was conducted within five days by the senate after its annual vacation was postponed.
