The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele has said Nigerians can keep dying of heart attacks over his presidential ambition.
The CBN governor said this on Thursday after visiting President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa.
“Let them have heart attacks. It’s good to have heart attack. I am having a lot of fun,” Emefiele was quoted to have said by Daily Trust newspaper.
Emefiele also dismissed the presidential circular for his resignation, saying it’s “no news.”
