Bendel Insurance Manager, Monday Odigie, is set to extend his contract with the Benin Arsenals.
Those familiar with the deal informed that Odigie will get an improved deal following the team’s impressive performance in the 2022-23 Nigeria Premier League season.
According to a source close to the Benin-based team, the club’s hierarchy has prioritised ensuring continuity after the impressive season.
The two parties are close to reaching an agreement on a new contract.

Recall that Odigie guided Bendel Insurance to a record 21-match unbeaten run in the NPL last season and ended the campaign with a place in the CAF Confederation Cup.
