GFF, Sharing Hope Set to Begin 14-Day Medical Mission in Ogun
The Otunba Gbenga Daniel’s Gateway Front Foundation in partnership with Sharing Hope and Care Foundation and Redeemer’s Health Village, is set to commence a 14-day free medical mission aimed at providing specialist healthcare, surgeries, medical supplies and professional training to beneficiaries in Ogun State.
The medical outreach is scheduled to hold from September 9 to 24, 2026, at Redeemer’s Health Village, RCCG Camp, Mowe, Ogun State, and will run daily from 9am to 5pm.
The organisers said the initiative is designed to provide access to potentially life-changing medical care for residents who may be unable to afford or access specialist treatment.
The 14-day intervention will cover major and minor surgeries, gynaecological procedures, eye surgeries, orthopaedic care and plastic surgery for burn-related conditions.
Beneficiaries will also receive free medical supplies as part of the programme, while healthcare practitioners participating in the mission will undergo professional training aimed at strengthening their capacity for mission-based healthcare delivery.
The initiative is being supported by Otunba Gbenga Daniel, FNSE, FAEng, representing Ogun East Senatorial District.
According to the organisers, the partnership is intended to combine immediate medical intervention with longer-term capacity building, ensuring that the impact of the programme extends beyond the duration of the outreach.
The medical mission comes as healthcare access and the cost of specialist treatment remain significant challenges for many Nigerians, particularly those requiring surgical and other specialised interventions.
Residents and other eligible beneficiaries seeking treatment have been encouraged to register ahead of the programme through the organisers’ online registration platform.

The organisers expect the initiative to bring together medical professionals, volunteers and beneficiaries in an effort to make essential specialist healthcare more accessible while promoting professional development and community service.
The 14-day mission is expected to provide a significant opportunity for residents of Ogun State and surrounding communities to access medical services that might otherwise remain beyond their reach.
