The former national publicity secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), on Monday morning, fell in court.

He fell when he was being led to the dock for his resumed trial at the Federal High Court in Abuja.

Mr Metuh is beign prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) for an alleged N400 million he receive from the Office of the National Security Adviser in 2014.

The former PDP spokesperson collapsed in the courtroom shortly after the case was called around 9:00 am, Monday.

The matter was stand down by the presiding judge, Okon Abang for Mr Metuh to be attended to.
