Nollywood actress and producer, Iyabo Ojo, celebrated her grandson, Rakeem, in grand style as he clocked one on Saturday, August 29.
Rakeem, the son of actress Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, marked his first birthday with a colourful cowboy-themed party held at The Lekki Coliseum in Lagos.
The celebration featured a variety of fun activities for children, including games, music, dancing and other entertainment.
Iyabo Ojo was one of the major highlights of the event, as she made a stylish appearance to celebrate the special milestone with her grandson.
The star-studded occasion also attracted several prominent personalities from Nigeria’s entertainment industry, with many celebrities attending alongside their children.
Among those present were media personality Toke Makinwa, Yhemolee and his wife, Thayour B, actors Lateef Adedimeji and Mo Bimpe, Mercy Aigbe, Aisha Lawal, Cute Abiola, Enioluwa, Pretty Mike and Nkechi Blessing.
Fashion designer Veekee James and her husband, Foluke Daramola, Remi Shittu, Bimbo Akintola and Chioma Goodhair were also among the guests at the celebration.
Rakeem’s parents, Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux, actively participated in the festivities as they joined family and friends in marking their son’s first year.
Although the celebration was primarily centred around children, the presence of several high-profile celebrities added glamour to the colourful occasion.
The birthday party provided an opportunity for family members, friends and colleagues to come together and celebrate Rakeem’s first year in a memorable fashion.
