South-West Rallies Behind Tinubu as RTIFN Declares Strong Support at Lagos Unity Walk

The Chairman of the Relax Tinubu is Fixing Nigeria (RTIFN) Lagos Chapter, Hon. Sesan Olowa, has stated that the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is already setting the foundation for long-term and sustainable economic growth through its ongoing reforms, policies, and development projects.

Olowa made this known on Saturday while speaking to a large crowd of party members and supporters at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena during the RTIFN South-West Zone Unity Walk, an event organised to demonstrate solidarity for the President and strengthen political cohesion across the region.

He described the gathering as a “powerful show of unity, solidarity, and unwavering support,” noting that the turnout reflected the growing confidence of South-West residents in the administration’s direction and development agenda.

According to him, RTIFN has continued to strengthen its grassroots structure through community engagement, youth mobilisation, and public sensitisation programmes aimed at increasing awareness of government policies and encouraging civic participation. He also commended the group’s leadership, including Director General Ahmed Bala, for consistency and dedication to the organisation’s objectives.

Olowa further reaffirmed that the South-West remains firmly aligned with President Tinubu’s political vision, urging supporters to maintain unity and momentum ahead of the 2027 general elections in order to secure continued success for the All Progressives Congress (APC). He also encouraged Nigerians to remain hopeful and supportive of ongoing national transformation efforts.

In his remarks, Lagos State Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat, who represented Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, stressed the importance of grassroots mobilisation in helping citizens better understand government policies and their long-term impact.

He highlighted key developments in infrastructure, financial stability reforms, electricity improvements, student loan initiatives, and the ongoing rehabilitation of educational facilities across the state and country.

Hamzat acknowledged that political opposition is a normal part of democratic governance but urged Nigerians to continue supporting the President to ensure sustained progress and national development.
