Nollywood actress Damilola Oni has opened up about why she has chosen to remain single despite receiving frequent advances from admirers.
In a recent interview, Oni explained that simply receiving attention from men does not mean those individuals match her personal preferences or standards for a partner.
“The fact that they make advances at me doesn’t mean they are my spec,” she stated.
The actress also shared that she regularly receives unsolicited and inappropriate messages from male fans on social media. Some of the comments and direct messages, she said, cross the line into unwanted sexual remarks tied to her on-screen appearances.
Oni noted that she consistently chooses to ignore such messages rather than engage with them.
