President Muhammadu Buhari has said he has no fear about free and fear election adding that he is a beneficiary of the process, hence, he is not afraid of a level playing ground during the coming 2019 elections.
The president said this on Sunday in China while holding an interactive session with the Nigerian community.
Buhari is in China for the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) summit.
“I have no fear about a free and fair election because that’s what brought me here,” he said in a video shared on the presidency’s Twitter handle.

Buhari also talked about how he became president after trying four times.
“I know what I went through,” he said, adding that, “I tried four times… and the fourth time technology came and helped us and people’s vote counted”.
The president also pleaded to Nigerians in China to support his government and vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2019 general election.
President Buhari is seeking re-election and baring all unforeseen circumstance, he is expected to clinch the presidential ticket of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
