CONDOLENCE

I received with shock the demise of our amazon and trailblazer Chief (Mrs) Kemi Nelson.

Chief Nelson represented the finest of humans; an upright, passionate and progressive person who always puts the country’s future first.

Since her days in The Network Alliance through her several political exploits and in all my numerous encounters with her, she showed genuine commitment to the progress of humanity and womanhood.

During my service as governor of Ogun state, she was instrumental to some of our employment generation ideas and initiatives.

While she will be greatly missed by all, I take solace in the fulfilled life she lived.

I pray that God Almighty grant her family the fortitude to bear the irreparable passing.

His Excellency,

Otunba Gbenga Daniel, FNSE, FAEng,

Governor of Ogun State (2003-2011).
