The Senator representing Ogun East senatorial district, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, has distributed bags of rice and doled out cash to thousands of his constituents in celebration of this year’s Christmas and the New Year festive seasons.
OGD, as the revered Senator is popularly known, also extended his generosity to grassroots political leaders including party leaders at the ward, local government, and senatorial levels. Other beneficiaries are members of professional associations, artisans, and women leaders.
The distribution of the end of the year gifts was spread across communities in the entire senatorial district – an exercise that further attests to Senator Daniels’s established selfless service to humanity.
