The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has confirmed that the cut-off mark for university admission for the 2026/27 academic session will remain at 150.

The announcement was made on Monday during JAMB’s policy meeting held in Abuja. The decision follows a vote by vice-chancellors in attendance.

In addition, Nigeria’s heads of tertiary institutions reached a consensus on minimum admissible scores for other institutions: 150 for Colleges of Nursing and 100 for Polytechnics.

Further details on the implementation of these scores are expected to be released shortly.
