The once-close relationship between Nigerian rappers BlaqBonez and Odumodublvck has deteriorated into a bitter feud involving music, personal accusations, sexual abuse allegations, legal action and a dispute over a woman.
The two artistes were previously friends and collaborators, working together on songs including “DOLLERZ,” “TESLA BOY” and “TECHNICIAN.” Odumodublvck had also publicly acknowledged BlaqBonez’s influence on his career.
However, their relationship later broke down, with the disagreement initially spilling into their music.
One major flashpoint was BlaqBonez’s diss track, “ACL”, which was aimed at Odumodublvck. The song was later removed from major streaming platforms after Odumodublvck’s side reportedly secured rights to the beat. BlaqBonez subsequently released “ACL V2.0” with a new instrumental in April 2026.
The dispute eventually became personal, with BlaqBonez revealing that a woman was at the centre of the fallout.
Speaking on the Nevon Podcast, BlaqBonez said he had been involved in a non-exclusive relationship with the woman for about a year but was unaware that she was also seeing Odumodublvck.
He said the woman had previously told him that Odumodublvck was interested in her and had been sending her flowers.
According to the rapper, he later discovered that Odumodublvck was the man the woman had been seeing and subsequently blocked her.
BlaqBonez said the situation escalated after he learnt that Odumodublvck was planning a diss track against him.
He claimed that he contacted Odumodublvck to understand the reason for the hostility, but was allegedly told not to greet him whenever they met.
According to BlaqBonez, Odumodublvck also accused him of disturbing the woman and later asked when he last had sexual relations with her.
BlaqBonez said he declined to answer the question and was subsequently told they were enemies.
The private disagreement later became public in 2025, with Odumodublvck taking shots at BlaqBonez online and insisting that the dispute was not simply a rap beef.
The feud also drew in their associates and record labels, while social media became a major platform for the exchange of accusations.
The woman at the centre of the dispute, identified on X as Bantu, later gave a different account of her relationship with BlaqBonez.
She accused the rapper of harassment, cyberstalking, blackmail, threats and revenge porn, claiming that she had sent cease-and-desist letters and eventually reported the alleged harassment to the police.
She also alleged that BlaqBonez repeatedly contacted her and her friends after she decided to end their friendship.
The dispute took a more serious turn in 2026 when Odumodublvck accused BlaqBonez of sexual abuse and alleged that individuals within the music industry were protecting him.
BlaqBonez has denied the allegations and said he is challenging them in court.
He also said he had filed a lawsuit against Odumodublvck over allegations including criminal defamation, assault and theft.
On August 12, Odumodublvck also called out BlaqBonez’s associate, Bizzle Osikoya, accusing him of enabling sexual abuse.
BlaqBonez later responded publicly, insisting that allegations of sexual abuse against him should be backed by evidence.
He said the allegations had been used to damage his career and maintained that he was prepared to defend himself in court.
The fallout marks a dramatic change in the relationship between the two rappers, who once praised each other and collaborated on several songs.
What began as a professional relationship has now evolved into a bitter public dispute involving personal accusations, allegations of sexual abuse and harassment, legal action, record-label disagreements and a dispute over music rights.
For now, the parties involved have presented conflicting accounts of the events, while the allegations remain contested and the ongoing legal proceedings are expected to determine matters that can ultimately be established as fact.
