Former first lady, Dame Patience Jonathan has been ordered to pay anti corruption agency, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission N50,000.
The order was issued by a federal high court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The court made the order after the first lady withdrew a N2billion case she filed against the commission.
Dame Patience had slammed the law suit against the EFCC for freezing her $20million bank account.
But she doesn’t want to continue the case against.
The EFCC had pushed for a N500,000 compensation for filing defence against the former president’s wife charges.
But Justice Saliu Saidu gave an order for payment of N50,000 to EFCC by Jonathan.
