In the 34th minute, it was Oluwaseun again who delivered a perfect cross for an unmarked Mitchel who nodded in the second goal for Just Rite team.

The Optimum FC fought back to reduce the tally in the first half but the rock-solid defence of the Just Rite boys was too hard for them to crack ending the match with 2 goals in favour of the shopping mall boys.

In the second half of the encounter, Optimum came out smoking looking for their first goal but the Just Rite team curtailed the pressure.

It was Ahmed Akintande who completed the rout after scoring a sensational goal already being tipped for the goal of the tournament.

Akintande who received a pass from the center cleverly beat two men on him before sending the hapless opponent’s shot-stopper the wrong way – it was a delightful goal!

Just Rite FC, own by Nigeria’s leading shopping mall, Just Rite Stores, is now topping the group with three points and three goals advantage.

Matchday one of the 2018 Iganmode Carnival Football Competition continues in various centers across Ado-odo/Ota local government tomorrow.
