Indigenes of Kwara State residing in California Bay, United States of America, have congratulated Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for winning last weekend’s gubernatorial election in the State.

According to them, the ‘sterling’ achievements of Abdulrazaq as Kwara State’s Chief Executive earned him the free passage to second term in office.

The Kwara citizens based in California, in a statement signed by Mr. Lanre Gidado, described Governor Abdulrazaq as a silent achiever, and a man of his words who knows his onions and what people really want.

They said: “During his first term, he was able to touch all the nooks and crannies of the state with one project or another.

“This action touched all of us in the diaspora because our people back home were giving us up-to-date information on our hardworking governor.

“We appreciate you and wish that your second coming be better than the first term. We are proud of you and happy to associate with your achievement.

“We pray to God Almighty to continue to shower His greatness and mercy on you, your cabinet members, and all sons and daughters of Kwara state.

“We pray to God to see you through these enormous tasks before you. Once again, we felicitate with you and all the new House of Assembly members, senators, and House of Representative members.

“We say a big congratulations to our man of the people”.
