Shooting Stars Sports Club, 3SC, held Akwa United to a goal less draw in Eket to clinch their first away point of the season.

With this result, the Oluyole Warriors, as 3SC is fondly addressed by cult-like fans, in Eket piled more pressure on Akwa side head coach, Fatai Osho after the barren draw.

Akwa United are winless since the start of the season.

Still on the ongoing campaign, Lobi Stars maintained their unbeaten run in the Nigeria Premier Football League this season following a 2-0 victory against Abia Warriors at the Lafia City Stadium.

Liman Amadou and Alao Danbani scored both goals for the Makurdi side in front of their home fans.

The Pride of Benue have won two and drawn two of their opening four games this season.

Lobi Stars are second with eight points behind table toppers, Remo Stars that have garnered 9 points after the fourth week of the season.

Also, Rangers moved to the third position on the log courtesy of a 1-1 draw with Kwara United. Kazeem Ogunleye put Rangers ahead four minutes after the half hour mark. Kwara United fought back with Alao Mohamed netting the equaliser on 54 minutes.

3SC complete the top four position with 7 points.
