The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday night announced 111 new cases of coronavirus confirmed in the country.
This was made known in the health agency’s daily update via its official Twitter handle.
Of the new confirmed cases, Lagos recorded 31 of the 111 cases, followed by Gombe with 18, Kaduna with 18 and the FCT with 15.

While the total confirmed cases in the country now stand at 57,724, 48,985 recovered patients have been discharged.
Sadly, the infection has claimed 1,102 lives in the country.
